Smile and Be Happy

The first session we ever did in The Key Coach Programme is BEING. Happiness is a state of being. Most people do things that make them happy but at the Key we know that if you are HAPPY then happy situations, people and activities will show up to prove you right.

When delivering coaching sessions it is so important to be happy especially when dealing with emotions. Happiness is contagious and aspirational for your client.

So become conscious of your state of being and BE HAPPY!
