Christine McGrory, was the first person to place a financial value on our work. I remember the evening so very clearly, when I told her about our vision for our business. She couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was. This led to a few meetings where she taught us how to cost our programmes and encouraged us to place real value what we did. In my eyes Christine would probably never need our service but yet she saw such value in it and in us. This was not only an eye opener for us but also a crucial step in understanding the role of Radiant and Brighter within the community and also from a business perspective within the Scottish economy.
