The Key has empowered me to become much more of a transformational leader. Through deliberate creation, the founding principle of The Key, I uncovered a new-found confidence, desire, enthusiasm and an unshakeable belief in my own ability. This positive energy radiated through me in such an infectious way, that I was able to influence the business, raising the positive energy throughout. Negativity was a thing of the past.
This newly found energy and belief allowed not just an improvement and greater satisfaction at work but left me feeling sufficiently energised after the working day, that it enabled me to participate fully in family life without the usual mental tiredness that can be so detrimental to one’s personal life.
