PART 1 – STORY

  1. Finish writing and perfecting your story. [It’s important because you will use this during your client sessions to inspire them and to illustrate what a finished story sounds like] 
  2. Read your story every day until your next Key Coach session – observe how it makes your feel.
  3. Create a meditation BY recording yourself saying it.
  4. Listen to it twice a day [Start and close of your day]
  5. Go to bed listening to it until it fills your dreams.
  6. Write gratitude entries in your Key Gratitude Journal to power it up in advance of it happening.
  7. Get together with 2 other coaches and read them your story.

PART 2 – GRATITUDE

For one week practise Gratitude in your journal.

Before you begin measure your vibration on a scale of 1-10. 1 is not feeling good and 10 is feeling really good.

Now complete your daily gratitude journal.
