Q. There are two types of beliefs we can have. What are they?
A. Positive life affirming beliefs & Negative limiting beliefs.
Let’s think about negative limiting beliefs.
Example ……… I am fat, I am not enough, I am stupid etc.
These often start with I AM!
- How do these beliefs make you feel?
- What happens when you choose to accept and hold on to these beliefs?
- You get stuck
- You never achieve your potential
- You play small
- You contract and shrink
- You can become unwell

- Feel happy
- Unlock your infinite potential
“I believe that I deserve all good things and the moment I think something, desire and intend it, it is on its way. It is flowing towards me.

That is why I choose life affirming positive beliefs.
A BELIEF IS SIMPLY A THOUGHT THAT I ACCEPT AS TRUE AND THEN THINK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL I TRULY BELIEVE IT.
These are mainly negative but as you can see above, we can choose a new empowering belief and think that over and over and over until that becomes my reality.
