A. Two

Q. There are two types of beliefs we can have. What are they?

A. Positive life affirming beliefs & Negative limiting beliefs.

Let’s think about negative limiting beliefs.

Example ……… I am fat, I am not enough, I am stupid etc.

These often start with I AM!

  1. How do these beliefs make you feel?
  2. ……………………
  3. What happens when you choose to accept and hold on to these beliefs?
  4. …………………………….
  • You get stuck
  • You never achieve your potential
  • You play small
  • You contract and shrink
  • You can become unwell

Let’s get the vibe up.

What about positive life affirming beliefs? When you choose to believe these you…….

  • Expand
  • Move forward
  • Are energised
  • Feel happy
  • CREATE
  • Unlock your infinite potential

Example:

“I believe that I deserve all good things and the moment I think something, desire and intend it, it is on its way. It is flowing towards me.

How does that make you feel?

That is why I choose life affirming positive beliefs.

SAY THIS:

A BELIEF IS SIMPLY A THOUGHT THAT I ACCEPT AS TRUE AND THEN THINK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL I TRULY BELIEVE IT.

These are mainly negative but as you can see above, we can choose a new empowering belief and think that over and over and over until that becomes my reality.
