Philanthropy

Philanthropy
We recently carried out an experiment with a group of people in a corporate bank. During the experiment we measured their happiness. When they imagined themselves receiving help from someone. Our ‘happiness vibrometer’ averaged a 17% increase when they received help from another.
When we asked them to imagine a time when they themselves gave help to someone, our happiness vibrometer averaged a 30% increase.
What does this mean?
It means that we feel happier giving than receiving!
In fact, we receive the moment we give.
We receive an immediate emotional and energetic benefit.
Let’s try this experiment for ourselves. Download the workbook and cheques below.
