Celebration as a creative visualisation
I even practise celebration in advance! This is a creative way of visualising a desire into reality. I regularly send myself or others congratulations cards in advance of an award, exam or an important interview. This sends out the energy of achievement and celebration in advance and often results in the desired outcome actually happening!
I recently won The Global Inspiration Award in New York. Four days before the award ceremony, I wrote my acceptance speech in my gratitude journal. Every day I felt the energy of celebration as I read the words and visualised myself picking up the award. I genuinely felt the excitement of the possibility of it happening and it felt good. That is what we teach at The Key. The feeling is the creative set point. Great thoughts create great feelings and it is the power of the feeling that creates a great outcome. I am delighted and proud to say that on this occasion it worked and I won the award. Hurrah!
Give it a try and try not to take your desires too seriously.
If you have an important meeting or something you would love to achieve, send yourself a congratulations card and celebrate in advance of it happening.
