The Seven Day Mind Detox Challenge

Simply put, this challenge is to go though seven days without speaking about anything negative and if and when you fall off your detox, you go right back to day one!

The full instructions are within the book and also the companion workbook, however to summarise:

  1. Read ‘The Seven Day Mind Detox’ book in full.
  2. Listen to the audio in full.
  3. To help you assess the state of your mind now, complete your workbook.
  4. Choose a day to start your detox.
  5. Read and sign your commitment form.
  6. Begin your detox.
  7. Take notes of any observations you have about your week.
  8. If and when you ‘fall off’ your detox. Pause, ‘Reset’ on your Golden Key affirmations* and choose a time to begin again.
  9. Read your book or listen to the audio each day in the morning.
  10. Carry your book with you and read it again throughout the day.
  11. Review your notes at the end of the week.
  12. Repeat The Seven Day Mind Detox for life!
