Before we get into the course proper let’s learn a process that we recommend you do to help you get into the right state of being for a KEY COACHING SESSION.

  1. Wake up early
  2. Create a calm space
  3. Start with an inspirational reading from Eileen Caddy
  4. Breathing– 4-7-8
  5. Journey Meditation
  6. Open your eyes and write something to be grateful for in your KEY gratitude journal.
  7. Set an intention.
  8. Create and say a relevant I AM Affirmations to get you focused through the day.
  9. Have a magical day.

A quick version if you need to calm is just do points 3. 4. 7. 8.
