Before we get into the course proper let’s learn a process that we recommend you do to help you get into the right state of being for a KEY COACHING SESSION.
- Wake up early
- Create a calm space
- Start with an inspirational reading from Eileen Caddy
- Breathing– 4-7-8
- Journey Meditation
- Open your eyes and write something to be grateful for in your KEY gratitude journal.
- Set an intention.
- Create and say a relevant I AM Affirmations to get you focused through the day.
- Have a magical day.
A quick version if you need to calm is just do points 3. 4. 7. 8.
