The general contact email for any communications including TECHNICAL SUPPORT is create@unlock-the-key.co.uk. Please do not use any other route e.g. text, call, social media , direct messenger, messenger etc.

The Key is responsible only for Key Coach Content, training and the maintenance and upkeep of The Key Online Dashboard and Key Online Courses.

The Key is not responsible for general technical support relating to 3rd Party Platforms.

This includes: –

  • Setting up 3rd party platforms required for the professional delivery of The Key Coach Programme e.g. ZOOM,STRIPE, YOU TUBE ETC.
  • Issues relating to ; the internet, devices, phone, email etc.
  • Learning how to use operating systems such as Outlook, Microsoft, Zoom, Skype, Facebook, or any other third-party technology platform used by a coach to support the delivery of the Key Coach programme or their coaching business.

That said we have tried to provide guidance and 3rd Party Tutorials within our MODULES and LESSONS to guide you to research and learn everything you need.
