VIDEOING CLIENT SESSIONS [ FOR FEEDBACK ]

We require a minimum of 6 video client sessions for review during your 6 months programme.

We RECOMMEND* that you video your client SESSION on ZOOM, as this is the technology that you will be conducting your coaching sessions.

In addition using ZOOM you can send us a LINK to your recorded session with the password and we will access your video their for review.

SETTING UP ZOOM PLATFORM

1. You will require a zoom account to use ZOOM

RECORDING AND SENDING VIDEO ON ZOOM

2. You can record your client session from within ZOOM.

There are two main options:

1. RECORDING TO ZOOM CLOUD

This is the best way as you can send us the video link (password protected/ private) direct.

It is also the Quickest Simplest Solution

You may require you to have invested in a paid account to do this, which is a professional business decision and investment as a coach.

If you have recorded to ZOOM cloud – you can then share the video securely with us via a link.

1B. RECORDING TO YOUR COMPUTER

Recording your video VIA ZOOM to your own computer is also an option

BUT this way has extra steps as it will require you to:-

• 1. Download the video after recording.
• 2. Upload your client video to another third party service provider e.g. VIMEO, YOUTUBE
• 3. Have the 3rd party provider set up (in advance) e.g. VIMEO, YOUTUBE
• 4. Send that the 3rd party link with client video to us.

If you have downloaded your client session recording to your device, you will be required to now UPLOAD it to a 3RD party provider [as you can not re-upload it to ZOOM]

If this is the case we recommend VIMEO as this is the platform that we use and are familiar with it and also security and privacy options are available.

Please send your client video links via ZOOM formats.

As you can imagine that with 20 coaches all sending videos in different formats for review this would not be doable for us. It would mean us having to learn 20 different video formats versus all of The Key Coaches learning how to do this VIA zoom i.e you learning 1 format , which is the format that you will be using as a coach. Makes Sense doesn’t it?
