People express love in different ways. Love expresses itself in many ways.
Think of all the ways that love expresses itself in your life. Examples: someone buys you a small gift, someone smiles at you, or think about the loving friendships in your life.
Notice how you feel when you think about these examples.

Most people struggle with this exercise, but the point is to keep thinking and feeling until your list grows and you really begin to Love and appreciate YOU and your LIFE.
The Key Point
These exercises prove that you can feel love at any moment in time and therefore create the high vibration of love at any moment. When “in love” you are at your most attractive and this energy will naturally attract and create the very best to you.
Use this exercise when you feel fearful or low about yourself and in doing so you will immediately change your vibration and change your point of creation.
Practise the LOVE meditation every day for the next 7 days. Use it to focus your energy on creating UNCONDITIONAL LOVE around you. Observe and note how you feel.
