Let’s look at some of the areas of your life that require clarity, change, transformation or positivity.
We are now going to look at your life and choose areas which represent life in its wholeness to you. In your Workbook (Download from the Introduction Lesson) you have a Blank Vision Wheel and an example.
Around the wheel you have blank spaces. Think about your life and begin to populate this with the areas of your life which you would like to get clear about.
Choose areas that are relevant to your own life. For example:
Having completed all the life categories around the wheel, close your eyes and tune in to discover how you feel about each of the areas of your life and measure your vibe – 10 being high vibe and 2 being a low vibe.
Mark the spokes of your wheel for each area with an X. Join the Xs to reveal an image of what the current shape of your life is.
The good news is, if you don’t like your life shape, remember it was created from past thinking and vibrations and you can change it.
