The document ensures that The Key Brand is communicated appropriately and consistently across the business.
It also insure that The Key Brand is protected by all Key Coaches and The Key’s messages are kept pure and experienced on the same level by every customer.
As a Key Coach you are a steward and communicator of The Key Brand Spirit. It is precious and is in your care.
