The Key Brand
Brand is more than just a logo. It is A WAY. A way of thinking, feeling, seeing, sensing and as we have already learned being a way of creating.
In this lesson we will take you on a discovery journey of the genesis of The Key Brand.
As you know The Key was birthed into reality in 2010 and has grown threw its baby, toddler and teen years. With the launch of Key Coaching, we see us reaching happy, healthy abundant maturity. When develop The Master Key Coach programme we will look further into the growth of a business.
Right from Day 1 The Key has had a very clear VISION and PURPOSE and a Guiding set of principles.
During my work with many large Corporates, these tenets are deemed as the essential for business success and whilst this is true, the missing piece I have found while actually working in the trenches with the people is this.
Too many businesses and organisations fail to: really pay close attention to these, often never share them properly, rarely build them into the DNA of the organisation and seldom find ways to help people BE them.
Of course that is not the case with The Key. For 10 and half years The Vision, Purpose, Values and Way of Being have been and the heart of everything we are and do and The Key as we said before to our sustainable growth.
